Our goal is to bring education and relief to the impoverished and underprivileged in Mindanao, Philippines.
Mission's fundamental philosophy is that each child is a gem. Therefore, they must be nurtured, rooted, grounded and felt safe. It is its noble objectives to allow every child to recognize that they are special and loved. Teaching every child on the threshold of life to be ready to follow his/her wish wherever they choose to be allowed to fulfill their dreams and future aspirations to their liking contributing as a good citizen on earth. Instruct values in each child that constantly reflect the image of goodness in humanity so that others may also find the way. With emphasis that true education is the harmonious development of the physical, the mental, the social and the spiritual aspects of life and kindly instill in the children that a well-rounded education is the training of the heart, the hand, the mind and the soul. Donations are funded by the Damayo and associates.

Our mission's goal is to prepare the children for the joy of service in this world and for the higher joy of wider service in the world to come. Providing the children with a well-rounded education, respect and love each innocent child deserves. Especially in the very early years of formation. To supplement early childhood training initially received at home. To provide the children with a healthy way of initial socialization, friendly communication skills as well as higher levels of survival skills for self sustainability. We strive to provide the children with the active elementary education, and dreams to build a high school with a dormitory. With this humanitarian mission cause for a chance at a better life developing faith in their own confidence and ambitions to achieve their dreams and ambitions.

Philosophy of Pathfindering is built on the premise that children learn best by example rather than commands. As they see leader and parents model spiritual and social values, they too will aspire to develop high moral principles, loving and caring attitudes, and determination to excel in all their various pursuits.
